Vibrational therapy

What is self-healing?
Self-healing is a way of inner healing wounds that interfere with emotions to improve one's psychological and physical well-being.

I provide self-healing assistance by channeling life force energy (pruna) to balance your chakras.
I usually start the session of opening energy points (chakras) with a tuning fork at 128 Hz or a singing ball.

A minimum of 4 consecutive sessions is recommended.
Each session lasts up to one hour.

Tuning Fork Therapy is an alternative healing technique that uses calibrated metal tuning forks to apply vibrational energy to the body. The idea behind it is that the frequencies produced by the tuning forks can help restore balance and harmony to the body’s energy system, promoting physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

In a typical session, the practitioner activates the tuning forks and places them near or gently on the body, often along specific points like acupuncture or acupressure points, or on energy centers like chakras. The vibrations from the tuning forks are believed to help clear blockages in the energy field and stimulate healing.

The therapy works on the principle that everything in the universe, including the human body, vibrates at a certain frequency. When the body experiences stress or illness, it is believed that these frequencies become imbalanced. By introducing the resonant frequencies from the tuning forks, it’s thought that the body’s natural rhythm and healing processes can be restored.

Chakras are energy centers in the body that are believed to influence both physical and emotional well-being. The concept of chakras comes from ancient Indian traditions, particularly in yoga and Ayurveda, and is based on that energy flows through the body in a network of channels, or “nadis.” The chakras act as focal points where this energy is concentrated and can be balanced or unbalanced depending on various factors such as stress, trauma, or lifestyle.

When these chakras are balanced, energy flows freely through the body, supporting self-healing,  health and well-being. However, if a chakra becomes blocked, it can lead to physical or emotional issues.
