A sound bath is a deeply relaxing, meditative experience where you are immersed in the vibrations and sounds of instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments.
What Happens During a Sound Bath?
You don’t need any previous meditation or yoga experience. You simply lie down or sit comfortably, close your eyes, and allow the sounds to wash over you. Unlike a traditional meditation where you may need to focus on your breath or quiet your thoughts, during a sound bath the sound becomes the focus of your awareness.
My intention is to create a peaceful space where you can disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with yourself.
Vibrational therapy is a relaxing, immersive practice that uses sound and vibration from instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments.
By creating a space for deep relaxation, mindfulness, and energetic balance, vibrational therapy can help you reconnect
with your mind, body, and energy centers (Chakras), release tension, and support the body’s natural capacity for self-healing and restoration.
Self-healing is the process of turning inward to acknowledge, understand, and heal the emotional wounds that influence how we think, feel, and experience life. It is a journey of reconnecting with ourselves, releasing what no longer serves us, and creating space for greater emotional, psychological, and physical well-being.

Meditation is a practice of turning our attention inward, becoming present with ourselves, and creating a deeper connection between the mind, body, breath, and inner awareness.
Through guided meditation, breath awareness, visualization, mindfulness, and relaxation practices, I help you step away from the constant activity of everyday life and create a peaceful space within.
Meditation can be a beautiful tool for calming the mind, reducing everyday stress and tension, improving self-awareness, supporting emotional balance, and cultivating greater clarity and inner peace.
My approach is gentle and accessible. You don’t need to know how to meditate, sit perfectly, or stop your thoughts. Instead, I teach you how to observe your thoughts and sensations without judgment and gradually bring your awareness back to the present moment.
Depending on your needs and experience, I may guide you through:
• Mindfulness and present-moment awareness
• Breath awareness and conscious breathing
• Guided visualization
• Body awareness and deep relaxation
• Emotional awareness and self-compassion
• Chakra and energy-center meditation
• Love & kindness (Metta) meditation
• Dynamic meditation
• Gibberish & Laughter meditation
• One pointed attention (Trataka) meditation
• Death meditation
• Ecstatic Dance meditation
• Walking meditation
• Transcendental meditation
• Yoga Nidra and yogic relaxation
• Sound healing & relaxation meditation with gong, singing Chakra crystal bowls and piramid, Tibetan vibrational bowls, tuning forks, and others
My intention is not simply to teach you how to meditate during a session, but to give you practical tools you can take into your everyday life.
Meditation is not about escaping life. It is about becoming fully present for it.
* It is important to note that while many people find vibrational @ sound threatments helpful, they are generally considered a complementary practice and not a replacement for traditional medical treatment.
