Method 1 for people with health problems:
Week 1: Fast one day, eat ones next day
Week 2: Fast 2 days, eat ones next
Week 3: Fast 3 days, eat ones next
Week 4: Fast 4 days, eat ones next
Week 5: Eat ones a day
and follow Method 2
Method 2 maintaining healthy body:
* Eat only ones a day (preferably high vibrational food like raw fruit or fruit based shake without sugar and chemicals) at about the same time with +/- 2 hours.
* Ones every month fast for 3 days.
* Remember to drink a lots of water with 1 tsp of salt (up to 4 liters).

The recommendation for both fasting methods includes urine therapy if you are not taking any medications. Every day
at any time before meals, drink 1 glass of fresh urine and drink up to 2 liters a day.
Do not drink urine immediately after meals, wait at least 3 hours.
