Corporations are changing our food almost every day and it's hard to keep track of all the ingredients listed on the labels so I make some of my own recipes that help me maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Check some of them below:

  • Detox
  • Mosquito repellent

    Mix vanilla extract and water 20/80 ratio and use it as the typical spray repellent.

  • Cold & cough medicine  Cut fresh onion into small cubes and put them in a glass jar, add pure real (from a local beekeeper) honey on top of the onion and cover. Leave it on the counter for 12 hours.
    Pour the liquid into a spray bottle.
    Use this syrup immediately or just before symptoms.
    You can take 1 to 3 tablespoons and as often as you need to feel better because it is natural and will not cause any harm.
